Responsibilities:
- Maintain the general ledger by posting accurate and timely journal entries, including accruals and adjustments.
- Manage accounts payable and collection / receivable, ensuring timely payments, reconciliations, and resolution of discrepancies.
- Oversee fixed assets by updating the register, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with standards.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Inventory management
- Update leave form,
- Send out Monthly SOA
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 2 – 3 years relevant experience
- Proactive and good analytical skills
- Problem solving ability.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
