Job Description
- Manage Associate(s), Staff Nurse(s) and work with resident/locum physicians and other departments (e.g. Diagnostic Imaging, Laboratory) to ensure smooth operations of HealthConnexion (HCNX).
- Ensure accurate collection and accounting of monies in HCNX (such as daily revenue in cash and petty cash float).
- Maintain a high standard of client service by HCNX staff and manage feedback and complaints appropriately.
- Be aware of HCNX’s budget vis-à-vis daily sales and update relevant stakeholders on points of concern where required.
- Work with Senior Manager, Business Operations on operationalizing business initiatives for HCNX.
- Ensure upkeep and maintenance of HCNX’s premises and assets, and ensure that vendor agreements/contracts are renewed and negotiated in a timely and prudent manner.
- Lead procurement activities for HCNX by working with necessary stakeholders such as PMM and BME.
- Ensure all supplies and consumables accounted for and restocked by the relevant staff in a timely manner.
- Any duties assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- Pleasant disposition with a passion for service excellence.
- Meticulous and analytical team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years in the healthcare industry with supervisory experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Good communication skills.
