Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Manage the recruitment process, including but not limited to:
- Issuing offer letters and employment contracts
- Conducting background checks
- Overseeing contract signings
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- Manage the probation process, including setting and evaluating KPIs after the probation period.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement a structured performance management process to serve as a basis for bonus allocation, where applicable.
- Maintain performance documentation to support employee evaluations and decisions regarding performance improvement, promotions, and other HR-related actions.
Company Culture:
Lead initiatives to enhance company culture, including:
- Coordinating town hall meetings, birthday celebrations, and Heads of Department (HOD) meetings
- Establishing and communicating key cultural values and norms within the organization.
HR Policies & Compliance:
- Maintain and update the employee handbook and ensure all HR policies are in line with current regulations and company standards.
- Assist with benefits planning and communicate policy updates effectively.
- Develop and implement communication protocols for emergencies and other critical company events.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering function, preferably in the internet / Fintech and IT industry.
- Data-centric with the ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
