Sales Co Ordinator/ Customer Services Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide documentation and logistical support to commercial and marketing managers.
  • Perform pricing calculations and manage settlement processes.
  • Issue and manage contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate logistics documentation for bulk and container vessel movements.
  • Handle LC (Letter of Credit) documentation and facilitate negotiations.
  • Track and manage time-sensitive tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee credit position management and monitor transactions.
  • Update and reconcile profit and loss (P&L) statements regularly.
  • Demonstrate dedication and commitment to all assigned tasks.

Selection Criteria:

  • Strong communicator with excellent teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a trading or business support role.
  • A diploma or higher qualification is required.
  • Prior experience in bulk commodities, especially within the liquid products sector, is an advantage.
