Responsibilities:
o Technically manage projects to deliver on time, within budget,
and meet the business requirements.
o Coordinate interactions with various component
teams/stakeholders, walk-through the E2E solution design and
sign offs
o Collaborate with developers to drive dates/plan and support
implementation team with project activities to ensure solution
design is properly understood and implemented.
o Review project deliverables for completeness/done criteria,
quality, and compliance defined as part of the design.
o Co-ordinate with end user for providing regular updates on
project deliverables and get final sign-off from them.
o Flag any risks/dependencies identified for the projects and co-
ordinate on the project delivery timelines.
o Responsible to create detailed design and develop java-based
application solution including front-end and back-end
implementation
o Manage internal & External Audit to drive closure signoff
o Manage resource capacity Planning
o Ensure 100% delivery SLA compliance
o Develop/troubleshoot built for a telecom client
o Understand the requirements (both functional and non-
functional) with inputs from business analysts and participate in
creating high level estimate
o Create systems requirements document and participate in the
design, development, and testing phases
o Do impact analysis, participate in high level design, create design
specifications as per the high-level design, create unit test plans
o Work with interface teams for designing and developing APIs
o Understand various application that needs interface and data
exchange, various stakeholders of application consumers and
arrive multiple alternate solutions, trade off best solution after
assessing the pros and cons of all the alternatives
o Develop and review Artifacts (Code, Documentation, Unit test
scripts, etc)
o Support the test validation activities (Functional, Integration,
system, UAT) and fix/resolve reported defects within the agreed
SLA
o Participate in retrospective meeting and work on continuous
improvement to improve the delivery quality and timeline with
defect reduction / automation / re-use artifacts
o Participate in deployment planning and support go-live, provide
warranty support
o Support Major incidents, provide quicker resolution as required
for reported issues and minimize the impact to end users
