The Role:
- Manage system changes through a set process, assess impacts, get approvals, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Quickly respond to incidents, investigate thoroughly, and provide timely temporary or permanent fixes.
- Analyze root causes of incidents, prevent recurrence, and adjust preventive measures as needed.
- Continuously monitor system performance and availability, using tools to identify issues and implement improvements.
- Maintain agreed service levels, document system configurations, and regularly report on system performance.
- Develop and maintain service continuity plans, including backups and disaster recovery, to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Provide expert technical guidance to customers and project teams, helping them resolve complex issues.
- Manage resources and schedules for system implementation and operations, ensuring efficient use and timely completion.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT/Helpdesk support
