Responsibilities:
- Offer technical and engineering assistance for medical equipment, including on-site maintenance servicing.
- Deliver an after-sales maintenance service, calibrate electronic components, and conduct laser alignment procedures.
- Supervise routine repair tasks, troubleshoot issues, and manage installation setups.
- Administer spare part inventory and handle warranty spare part returns.
- Schedule routine servicing and assist in equipment setup for demonstrations and new installations.
- Manage equipment maintenance service contracts and handle administrative documentation.
- Ensure thorough documentation, notification, tracking, and follow-up on all technical matters.
- Prepare and maintain technical service reports accurately.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in maintenance servicing and troubleshooting skills in similar industry.
- Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaborative with team.
