Mechanical Engineer
Salary Range: $4500 - $5500
Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon to Fri) / 8 am to 4.30pm
Working Location: Jurong Island (Company transport provided near Jurong East MRT)
Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) reports to the Senior Technical Manager and whose responsibilities include:
- Oversee, manage, and supervise Company’s in-house and external
- Contractors for all mechanical maintenance works related to planning and execution of:
- Daily maintenance [preventive, corrective, & breakdown maintenance], transition maintenance, turnaround maintenance and upgrading and improvement related to maintenance
- Ensure all mechanical maintenance activities are carried out in accordance to the Company’s HSEQ Standards & Maintenance
- Management System, statutory requirements and best industry practices.
- Establish, continually improve & execute Company’s maintenance management system in a safe, efficient, and effective way to achieve highest equipment reliability & availability objective.
- Update and maintain accurate maintenance records in order to provide good maintenance history for data analysis and troubleshooting purposes.
- Conduct root cause analysis to eliminate equipment/ system defect and take appropriate preventive/ corrective measures.
- Optimize & manage mechanical maintenance inventory level of critical & non-critical equipment spare parts.
Requirements:
- Degree in Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
- Familiar with Static and Rotating equipment
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Chemical Process Plant.
