Receive container/tanks summary
Receive import survey form from driver
Inform relevant parties of import damaged container with survey report
Coordinate with Reach Stacker operators on storage location
Update inventory
Coordinate with Kalmar operators on storage location
Update TC on export schedule in sequence
Update in Yard Management System
Must be able to work overtime when required.
Working hours :
Mondays to Fri : 8.30am to 5.30pm
Sat: 8.30 to 12.30
Alternate Sunday off.
Work Location: Jurong Island.
Company transport is available at selected location/s (normal working days)
Requirement:
Minimum ‘N’ level or equivalent
Can work overtime when required
Positive attitude and customer-oriented
Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
