Position: HR Exeutive

Salary: Up to $3600
Job Description:
- Leave Administration: Manage leave queries through the mailbox and hotline, process all leave types in the system, and generate leave reports.
- Government Leave Claims: Process and manage government-paid leave claims.
- Electronic Signature Book: Handle assignments and updates.
- Employee Programs: Manage staff referral programs and Spot Awards.
- Data Quality Monitoring: Ensure accurate data for HR processes.
- Long Service Award: Administer the annual award, prepare recipient lists, and organize the ceremony.
- Temporary Accommodation: Arrange accommodation and manage invoicing.
- Staff Card Management: Daily card transmission and printing of staff cards.
- Reference Checks: Respond to ex-employee reference checks and collate new hire references.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Support the team with reporting, leave coverage, and HR dashboard updates as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or other related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a HR Executive.
- Experience in Banking Industry will be advantageous.
