Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sourcing, negotiation and purchasing activities.
- Assess local and overseas supplier’s products to ensure that they comply with specifications and meet the company’s required quality standards.
- Follow-up the status of purchase orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery; and communicate status of orders with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and develop good vendor relationships.
- Ensure procured products are received accurately and in a good condition; and to feedback to suppliers should there be quality issues.
- Monitor the inventory aging and maintain healthy stock level.
- Timely issuing Purchase Order.
- Responsible for procurement related documentation.
- Perform custom permit declarations.
Details：
- Quality Road (Boon Lay)
- Work Day : Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with Alternate Saturday 8am to 12pm; and Monday to Thursday 8am to 6pm with Friday 8am to 5pm
- *Alternate Saturday – may leave as soon as the work is completed
Remuneration:
- Basic Salary : $3000 to $4000 per month
- Variable Bonus
- Annual Leave : 14 days
- Medical : Medical and dental claim
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent education.
- Experience in fruits or vegetable procurement.
- Good communication skills and able to work well with staff from all level.
- Good organizing and negotiating skills.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment.
