Responsibilities
- Ensures overall planning, organization, direction, coordination and control of all operations to meet the project objectives.
- Monitor progress of each project and resolve any problem that arises, including site issues.
- Ensures project execution is within the cost, time, quality and technical objectives.
- Manage a team of EICA Engineers for Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation (EICA) design for water and wastewater treatment projects.
- Manage the procurement, costing and delivery of electrical software and hardware required
- Manage automation programming according to clients’ technical specifications
- Arrange control panel and equipment assembly, testing, and installation at construction site
- Manage a team of Engineers and Technicians to attend to EICA breakdowns with diagnosis and solutions
- Attend meetings with Clients, Consultants, and Sub-Contractors for technical clarifications and arrangements.
- Manage records of EICA design, drawings, and document systematically
- Provide support and assistance to Sales Department and Maintenance Team
- Other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years working experience at membrane base water treatment plant, preferably
- Proficient with Schneider / Siemens / Allen-Bradley software
- Well-versed with SCADA and HMI
- Excellent communication skill
- Good personality and team spirit
