Responsibilities:
- Design and prepare seasonal omakase menus featuring Sichuan dishes.
- Engage guests with insights about each course.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to safety standards.
- Collaborate on sourcing quality Sichuan ingredients.
- Train staff on Sichuan techniques and omakase service.
Qualifications:
- More than 5 years experience in Sichuan cuisine and omakase service.
- Strong knowledge of Sichuan ingredients and cooking methods.
- Excellent knife skills and presentation abilities.
- Fluent in Mandarin as you need to communicate with Chinese customers.
