Customer Service Executive

A Chemical MNC base in central region is seeking for a Customer Service to perform end to end order fulfilment.

  • Process customer orders and place orders with supplier according to customer requirement, prepare reports of outstanding orders for customers
  • Monitor and manage inventory level and highlight slow-moving inventory and avoid dead stock
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding the availability of materials stored in the warehouse and resolve issues/discrepancies, as needed.
  • Monitor customer outstanding order quantity and accounts receivables
  • Coordinate with Sales Team to ensure smooth delivery of goods to customers
  • Build long-term relationships with existing and potential business partners including 3rd party logistic service providers and attend to customer & supplier enquiries
  • Handle shipment documentations and ensure compliance to government’s tax regulations guideline
  • Manage Letter of Credit (LC) transactions

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma Holder (Logistics, Business Admin, Supply Chain Mgmt.) and above
  • Preferably 3-4 years of relevant customer service working experience
  • Good knowledge of SAP system (Logistics) & Microsoft Excel
  • Meticulous in figures
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills
