A Chemical MNC base in central region is seeking for a Customer Service to perform end to end order fulfilment.
- Process customer orders and place orders with supplier according to customer requirement, prepare reports of outstanding orders for customers
- Monitor and manage inventory level and highlight slow-moving inventory and avoid dead stock
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding the availability of materials stored in the warehouse and resolve issues/discrepancies, as needed.
- Monitor customer outstanding order quantity and accounts receivables
- Coordinate with Sales Team to ensure smooth delivery of goods to customers
- Build long-term relationships with existing and potential business partners including 3rd party logistic service providers and attend to customer & supplier enquiries
- Handle shipment documentations and ensure compliance to government’s tax regulations guideline
- Manage Letter of Credit (LC) transactions
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma Holder (Logistics, Business Admin, Supply Chain Mgmt.) and above
- Preferably 3-4 years of relevant customer service working experience
- Good knowledge of SAP system (Logistics) & Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous in figures
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills
