Job Responsibilities:
- Explain functions and qualities of our products to customers either over the phone, counter or email, if any
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend suitable related products/solutions
- Assist troubleshoot product issues with customers
- Restock items that are running low and maintain proper product display
- Assist with stock count and placement of new products
- Keep track of receivable for credit note or compensation from suppliers
- Perform cleaning and maintenance of retail store to ensure it is clean, well maintained and presentable
- Execute any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities which the Company may assign from time to time at its discretion

Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
- Fluent in English to communicate with English-speaking customers
- Minimum 1 year of experience from retail industry
- Able to work retail hours and on weekends
- Excellent knowledge and keen interest in photography / videography and digital Imaging/ IT solutions will be highly advantageous
- Highly customer and service-oriented with strong passion for retail operations and good track record of achieving sales targets in similar or relevant industry
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Pleasant personality and well-groomed
