Requirements: Experience technical solution designer having 15+ years experience in requirement gathering, analyze customer requirements, driving technical assessment with leads, test solution that help customer business division to meet their business needs with existing technologies.
Education – Master Degree in IT
Responsibilities:
- Telecom Domain experience in E2E BSS, experience in digital and UX based design
- Strong knowledge on designing E2E customer journeys and processes across FAB (Fulfillment, Assurance and Billing)
- Provide E2E solution for business capabilities
- Identify E2E reusable pattern and optimize the product catalog, inventory objects
- Validates E2E architecture and integration points proposed by solution architects
- Ensures futuristic/right first-time and product agnostic solution design
- Support the data migration with entity mapping and transformation rules validation
- Evaluate component level solutions to ensure solutions are complete and feasible to implement
- Participate solution design workshops, reviews and ensure E2E solution aligns to the requirement
- Coordinate interactions with various component teams/stakeholders, walk-through the E2E solution design and sign offs
- Collaborate with delivery PMs to drive dates/plan and support implementation team with project activities to ensure solution design is properly understood and implemented
- Review project deliverables for completeness/done criteria, quality, and compliance defined as part of the design
