Project Manager – ServiceNow

We are looking for Project Managers who would be accountable for managing & driving end-to-end ITSM programs, able to implement various ITIL processes utilizing tools like ServiceNow, service catalog transformation, drive automation across IT services & respective technical processes etc.‍

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to assess project requirements, review strategies, Drive decision, implementation, and governance.
  • Managing several key/strategic projects at any given point in time preferably for ITSM.
  • Stakeholder Management (internal/ client) up to the Director/ VP career stage while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Handling commercial acumen i.e. Estimation, Budgeting, Earned Value Analysis, Maintaining GM.
  • Ensure adherence to project methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.

Skills Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar areas.
  • 6-9 years of experience in ServiceNow, seeking an experienced individual.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.
  • Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable.
  • Gain familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
