Job Overview:
- We are seeking a Senior Consultant to coordinate between Application Teams, focusing on setting up Monitoring systems and developing enhancements for applications. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment supporting applications running on OpenShift and delivering solutions for monitoring, bug fixes, and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Monitoring Applications.
- Provide support for applications running in the OpenShift environment.
- Enhance and resolve issues in existing applications developed using Java, Python, and Shell scripts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Must have hands-on experience in Java programming and Python scripting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong team player, able to collaborate with multiple teams.
- Willingness to work in shifts and during weekends as required.
Additional Knowledge (optional but advantageous):
- ELK stack, Grafana
- Angular or Tapestry (frontend frameworks)
- JBoss, MariaDB, Filebeat, Metricbeat
- OpenShift and other containerization platforms
- DevOps tools: Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins
