Salary up to S$7,000
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day L2 support for Java/Web-based applications.
- Coordinate and support infrastructure maintenance activities.
- Manage new application releases following best release management practices.
- Collaborate with teams (Infrastructure, Vendors, Security, etc.) to ensure seamless business support.
- Respond to production issues in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Improve support processes to maintain service quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in an L2 application support role.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong in Linux, Unix Shell Scripting, SQL (MySQL/MSSQL), and OpenShift/Docker.
- Familiarity with AngularJS, ActiveMQ, Elastic Search, application monitoring tools, CI/CD, Python, and microservices.
- Experience in application implementation within financial institutions is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to conduct impact analysis methodically.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure independently.
