Working Hours: 5-Days Weekday
Work Type: 5-Month Contract
Salary: Up to $ 2,600 per month
What you will be working on?
- Work with PR agency to formulate a media engagement and publicity plan for programmes to garner media interests and promote positive awareness branding.
- Assist in the management of Non-Digital Media Buy such as advertising on TV, Radio, Out-of-Home publicity, etc.
- Assist in conceptualising and development of possible creatives for event collaterals, branding visual, publicity kit etc
- Assist in project management including planning, organising resources and execution of programmes/events.
- Liaise with vendors on purchases/services required, both internal and external
- Assist in procurement and monitoring delivery of goods and services.
- Assist with the documentation, collation and analysis of data, and generation of project reports and presentation slides, if any
- Provide logistic support and manage event productions, both pre and post, including working outside office hours
- Provide administrative and secretariat support, including arranging meetings, securing of meeting venues and taking notes during meetings.
- Quality control of on-site execution of programmes and capture learnings from the project for sharing at project After-Action Review (AAR)
What are we looking for?
- Singaporean only
- Minimum Diploma in Event Management/ Marketing/ Communication or relevant discipline.
- Prior experience in publicity or design would be advantegeous.
- Due to the nature of events, any work outside of office hours would be compensated with OT/off-in-lieu accordingly.
