Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Material Preparation:
- Develop, design, and update marketing materials, including brochures, posters, presentations, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Analyze the performance of marketing materials and suggest improvements for optimization.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to gauge performance and make data-driven recommendations.
Event Planning:
- Plan and coordinate marketing events, both online and offline, such as product launches, webinars, trade shows, and community events.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management.
- Develop promotional strategies to maximize event attendance and engagement.
Content Creation:
- Design visually appealing posters, flyers, and other marketing materials using design software.
- Conduct photoshoots and create high-quality images that align with marketing campaigns.
- Produce, edit, and distribute engaging videos for various marketing channels.
- Write compelling copy for marketing materials, social media posts, and event promotions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
