Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large, diverse teams working on various aspects of the project.
- Oversee the performance of both internal teams and external service providers involved in the project.
- Collaborate with upper management to develop strategic programs, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and exerting strategic influence.
- Define project scope, objectives, budget, timeline, and technical specifications based on strategic plans.
- Manage operational costs within project budgets to achieve revenue targets.
- Engage in business partnering with customers, identifying unstated assumptions, resolving conflicts, and addressing complex management issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in a relevant field or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of proven experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong experience in managing projects from inception to completion.
- Strong business acumen to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
