Responsibilities:
- Conduct basic competencies training on Wireless Communication Fundamentals (WCF) and Inter-Networking Fundamentals modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training alignment with objectives.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using various instructional techniques.
- Identify training needs and review training materials as needed.
- Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in training and development.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Information Technology.
- At least 1 year of experience in the Engineering or IT sector.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification preferred.
