Job Description:
Our client, a Japanese ship management company, is looking to hire an Accounts Executive to manage their vessels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing Accounts Payable (TT/Cheque/GIRO) and Account receivables
- Performing Monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Handling Monthly Accounts closing for vessel and office functions
- Tracking of Monthly Ship management Fund and Management Fee
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in full set accounting
- Experience in handling Accounting in the Marine/Shipping/Logistics industry
- Proficient in Excel (handling data and numbers, VLOOKUP)
- Be able to work independently
