- Manage projects for new financial products including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, product managers, technical teams, and marketing departments to ensure product developments meet market needs and corporate strategy.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure completion within set deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and address issues and bottlenecks as they arise.
- Prepare and submit project status reports to provide decision support to management.
- Ensure projects comply with industry regulations and company standards.
- Organize and chair project meetings to ensure all stakeholders are updated on the latest developments.
- Continuously improve project management processes and tools to enhance project execution efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of project management experience in financial products or related fields.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, products, and development processes.
- Strong project management skills, including proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, etc.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- PMP certification or relevant qualifications preferred.
