· Project management involving Sanitary & Plumbing Services
· Documentation of method statement and work procedures & Risk Management
· Review and monitor site construction activities programme to ensure work completed as scheduled
· Evaluation, Cost estimation & analysis for Sanitary & Plumbing Services
· Preparation of design construction drawings, OMM Docs submission
· Liaison with all parties involved in the project including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main contractor, Sub-contractors & Suppliers
· Attend site meetings and inspections.
