Responsibilities
- Provide level 1 support for hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance for internal teams.
- Replace parts for servers like mainboards, CPU, RAM, HDD/SSDs, network linecards / modules, transceivers and cables
- On-site support for IT related issues at customer office
- Performing & maintaining IT inventory list
- Deliver IT parts to clients if needed
Requirements
- Nitec in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
- Passion and high sense of responsibility for work.
- Possess Class 3 license
- Physcially fit (sometimes would need to replace server)
