Job Scope :
- Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations
- Manage procurement, including sourcing new intems / servies and processing reorders
- Ensure timely delivery and quality adherence of procured items
- Handle month-end paperwork processing and reconcile statements of account ( SOA ) from suppliers
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires
- Provide support for other Admin/ HR - related tasks as needed
Requirement :
- Diploma or A-level education
- Admin experiences or purchasing experiences related
