- creating processes and procedures to help streamline CEO and employee tasks
- monitoring and managing the CEO's e-mail inbox
- providing administrative assistance
- minimizing distractions for the company leader
- managing the CEO's schedule
- influencing employees to encourage efficiency and meet company goals
- planning the CEO's business trips and events
- advising the CEO on various business matters, such as mergers or company restructuring
- anticipating the needs of the company leader and offering proactive support
- coordinating meetings and chairing these events when the CEO is unavailable
- working with board members and other executives
- drafting communications for the CEO to review and dispatch
- creating standard operating procedures for company processes
- producing records, documents, and reports
- informing the CEO about daily meetings, scheduled activities, and deadlines
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, experience in real estate companies is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in real estate or finance,
- Self-starter, proactive, effective problem-solving approach, well organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- High enthusiasm for work, strong stress resistance, strong learning ability
- Able to start work within short notice
