Responsibilities:
- Liaise with consultant, clients and subcontractors on the progress of M&E work.
- To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications
- Coordinate the inspection of works by Resident Engineer or Clerk of works
- Handle and resolve technical and engineering problems
- Supervision of work, liaise with sub-contractors, site supervisors, foremen and workers regarding the overall M&E work on site.
- Other ad-hoc duties when assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
- Min 5 years of relevant working experience in loop check, read drawings in building construction industry.
- Good knowledge of M&E specifications & requirements
- Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
