Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions using protocols such as OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, and Kerberos.
- Manage user identities, roles, and permissions across various systems, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations.
- Develop and enforce access control policies, ensuring that appropriate security measures are in place.
- Integrate identity management systems with existing applications and services using LDAP and other directory services.
- Monitor and audit access logs to detect and respond to security incidents or unauthorized access attempts.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in identity and access management.
- Provide training and support to staff on IAM processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IAM, with a strong understanding of OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, Kerberos, and LDAP.
- Familiarity with IAM tools such as Azure AD, Okta, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
