Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the teachers on project basis
- Provide administrative support to the school such as covering reception duties in the General Office on a daily basis (e.g. answering phone calls, attending to students, parents and school stakeholders)
- Assisting as a safety chaperon e.g. chaperon to students going on external Learning Journeys, etc (as and when required); the Personnel should be covered by insurance provided by company
- Provide administrative support such as packing, sorting & distribution of materials or items
- Maintains and updates data records including stocktaking of resources
- Perform other general administrative duties e.g. filing and typing
- Provide necessary support in school events
- Provide assistance in any other duties as assigned by the school.
Requirements
- Preferably a GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
- At least 3 years experience working in similar capacity in a primary school environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint).
Working hours
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00a.m. to 4:15p.m., inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break.
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
