- Maintain and improve current systems for both Local (Singapore) and Overseas site offices’ stability, resiliency and security (firewall rules, Wireless network policies Aruba Access Points and WLC, NAC and Cisco ISE, Zscaler profiles and tunnels, patching necessary OS updates for any security vulnerabilities and bug fixes).
- Handle both Local and Overseas LAN, WAN, Wireless connectivity issues reported from pro-active monitoring tools such as SevOne and ScienceLogic applications.
- Coordinate with multiple vendors for daily operations, incident resolution, service requests and project implementation such as DHCP/DNS servers (QIP and Efficient IP applications)
- Manage and administer IP Phones (Poly Phones, Audiocodes) via Microsoft Teams Amin Centre within Singapore and facilitate daily operations and incidents involving MS Teams (Voice/UCS) related issues (Call Queue, Licensing, Call Attendant, Call Recording – Audiocodes SmartTAP call recording server).
- Firmware Upgrade of Poly Phones and Audiocodes Phones.
- Raise Change (RFC) and evaluates risk of Implementation Plans in accordance to Change Management Team.
- Attending user incident reports and evaluate the type and severity of security events.
- Collects and reviews recurring security issues and risks to develop mitigation plans for process improvements.
- Works closely with Incident Management Team to establish escalation processes for security incidents and develops contingency plans and disaster recovery procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field
- MIn 6 years of experience & above in System Infra related field
- DOmain knowledge & experience required: DHCP/DNS servers , IP PHones, SevOne and ScienceLogic
- Experience in high stress environment and comforable with 24 x7 standby support required
