Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all sales transactions at the cash register with precision, ensuring smooth payment processes.
- Supervise the opening and closing procedures of cash registers, ensuring everything is balanced at the start and end of each shift.
- Manage petty cash for the boutique and maintain accurate records.
- Process and organize all documentation related to sales transactions and assigned tasks.
- Report all sales and cash control matters to your line manager or store manager promptly and accurately.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a friendly and welcoming shopping environment that aligns with the brand’s image.
- Participate in store meetings, contributing to the store's success with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Train new team members on cash register operations and ensure smooth operations in the absence of other cashiers.
- Assist on the boutique floor as needed, supporting colleagues to ensure a premium customer experience.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer-facing role with 2 years experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure precise handling of sales transactions and documentation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to create a positive shopping atmosphere.
