about the job
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be solely responsible for providing qualitative insights on financial, operational and sales performances, deep diving into the different service segments. You will drive continuous improvements to analytics tools and dashboards to optimise visualisation and understanding for the business leaders. You will also be supporting strategic projects, using financial models to evaluate potential investment decisions, new business initiatives, capex and marketing investments.
skills and experience required
You should ideally be degree qualified with at least 5 years of finance business partnering experience, preferably with some prior years in the Big 4. Financial modelling skills would be highly advantageous. You are analytical, and possess excellent business acumen, communication and influencing skills to confidently liaise with the senior management and business partners. You are comfortable being hands-on and agile to work within a fast growing and dynamic business. You can look forward to a hybrid work arrangement.
