We are hiring Project Financial Analyst with experience within the banking and financial services industry to join our team.
You will be responsible for supporting the Program Manager and Project Managers in managing financial forecasts, tracking program spending, and ensuring financial alignment with the global finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Program Manager and Project Managers in managing the financial forecast and tracking spending across the program.
- Balance the project books with the global finance team, ensuring alignment and resolving any discrepancies.
- Escalate unresolved financial differences with senior stakeholders when necessary.
- Review the financial portfolio of the program to identify and drive financial management improvements.
- Assist in maintaining and monitoring project budgets and expenditures, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Organize, attend, and actively participate in stakeholder meetings focused on program financials.
- Document and follow up on key actions and decisions arising from meetings.
Qualifications:
- Certified Accountant (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) or financially trained analyst.
- Prior experience in the banking and financial services industry is required.
- Strong financial forecasting, budget management, and financial reporting skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial management tools and systems.
