Job Scope:
- Work closely with stakeholders in the development and implementation of policies and response plans, including overseeing the smooth operation and execution during peacetime preparedness, Disease Outbreak, Civil and National Emergency management
- Conduct Emergency Planning and Business Continuity Management training
- Conduct clinic drills, table-top exercises, and ground deployment exercises as part of ensuring ’s Security and EP readiness.
- Provide administrative support to Emergency Preparedness (EP) team, including course coordination, management of the EP Programme Funding (EPPF), and budgeting in the areas of logistic, manpower and training records.
- Scan perform horizon consistently to detect threat or risk situations that would impact company’s business continuity.
- Advise companies on security matters ranging from MOH’s security postures, SOP/workflows, evacuation plans.
- Ensure KPI for security operations and management are met.
Job Requirements:
- A recognised Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in planning or executing policies, response plans, training activities, security or EP-related drills and exercises for crises
- Has strong leadership with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
