PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Quantity Surveyor is responsible in calculating areas or measurement and preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on the drawings, liaise and coordinate with vendors, consultant and contractors.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with suppliers and sub contractors on costing, quotation
- Liaise and coordinate with Consultant for design queries
- Able to read drawings and prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) which involves quantity take-off, measuring and estimating materials and labour costing (if applicable).
- Compile, save quotations and provide Competitive Bidding
- Follow up procurement, vendor on deliveries to ensure delivery target is met
- Ensure the Project Monitoring list accuracy and updated at all times
- Support QS Team and any ad-hoc jobs/duties assigned
- Ensure KPI target is achieved.
