Project Assistant

Job Description

  • žEnsures the timely preparation of project progress and other reports.
  • Participate in improvements to workflow and process flows.
  • Assist with upkeep, maintenance, and review of project budgets.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing email/call enquiries
  • Report the work progress to project manager
  • Assist person in charge to accomplish the project related matter.
  • Any other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in any field
  • More than two years of working or relevant experience, preferably in F&B industry.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with high level of accuracy
  • Good time management and meticulous
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Meticulous, organized and good attention to details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Class 3 driving license and knowledge in construction & CAD software are advantageous
