Responsibilities:
- Build effective scrum/agile sprint framework for development teams (backend, web frontend, mobile frontend, QA)
- Lead standups and meetings, record minutes and allocate engineering tasks via Jira
- Define project goals and schedules, and assign resources based on set priorities
- Remove tech and business/operational blockers, or escalate where necessary
- Ensure project deliverables are met within set deadline; increase overall efficiency of engineering team
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in tech/IT project management; overall company program management experience a plus
- Experience in using Jira / Confluence, including ability to set up sprints, organize epics/stories/tasks, storypoint allocation, etc.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with excellent verbal and written ability in English and Chinese is required for effective communication with stakeholders, based in English and Chinese-speaking regions.
- Ability to work with distributed or remote teams
- PMP / Agile / Scrum certifications preferred
- Strong sense of business and product priorities, with ability to relay to engineers, product, ops and other business stakeholders, and anticipate as well as remove blockers ahead of time
