Over time we’ve evolved to become a leading web3 gaming incubator, dedicated to building out the sector via strategic investments, game design, community building, and infrastructure development.


Our goal is to empower and educate the public about blockchain technology and opportunities through web3 Gaming. We are venture capital-backed by leading investors such as Animoca Brands, Solana Ventures, and Polygon Ventures just to name a few. The company is well-equipped to navigate and evolve within the sector of Blockchain technology with a focus on gaming.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Development: Collaborate with the COO and Head of Engineering to craft and execute sprint plans that drive our business objectives forward.
  • Documentation and Specification: Take charge of documenting product scopes in Jira, using multimedia tools such as videos and wireframes, alongside comprehensive summaries to ensure clarity of product features for the development team.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the creation of detailed test cases for each user story to facilitate effective QA processes.
  • Sprint Management: Work closely with the development team to maintain sprint schedules, addressing any roadblocks promptly.
  • Data-Driven Design: Employ data analytics to strategically design and refine product features, significantly enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Spearhead enhancements in our product design, delivery, and QA processes.
  • Ownership: Manage the complete product delivery cycle, from design through testing to launch, ensuring excellence at every stage.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage directly with customers through interviews and feedback sessions to derive insights that shape product features and strategies.
  • Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, aligning product milestones with strategic business goals.
  • Strategic Impact: Contribute to the broader strategic planning of the company, shaping how product initiatives support business growth.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strategic Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product management, with a proven track record of strategic planning and lifecycle management in the tech or gaming industries.
  • Agile and QA Proficiency: Expertise in managing agile development sprints and using project management tools such as Jira. Experience in overseeing quality assurance processes and ensuring alignment with product specifications.
  • Advanced Analytical and Market Research Skills: Demonstrated capability in data analysis and feature optimization through A/B testing. Strong skills in conducting market analysis and competitive research to inform product strategy.
  • Customer Engagement Expertise: Extensive experience in directly interacting with customers, conducting user research, and integrating feedback to enhance product development.
  • Technical and Blockchain Proficiency: Proficiency in using advanced product management tools such as Confluence, and ClickUp. Knowledge of blockchain technology, particularly as it applies to gaming, is highly advantageous.
  • Leadership and Cross-functional Coordination: Highly disciplined and self-driven with proven leadership skills, capable of managing and coordinating cross-functional teams. Experience in developing and maintaining product roadmaps that align with business objectives.
  • Organizational and Communication Skills: Exceptional organizational and documentation skills, combined with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and with senior management. Demonstrated ability to articulate product visions, decisions, and strategic priorities clearly and persuasively.
