Job Responsibilities:
- Proactive and reactive calling of existing commercial property loan customers for repricing.
- Convince customer to accept our repricing package to maintain portfolio volume and profitability.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory property financing guideline.
- Cross referral and selling of other bank products.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Salary:
- Up to $3,000
Period:
- 6 Months Contract
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

- Rafflesplace
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Holder
- Good interpersonal skill and objection handling.
- Meticulous, well-organised, takes initiative, able to work independently and in a team.
- Good customer service mindset.
- Fast in learning and picking up commercial property knowledge and regulatory requirement.
- Knowledge of commercial property lending will be useful.
