Managing Director

As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the company. You will oversee all business operations, drive financial performance, and ensure the sustainable growth and expansion of the company. This role requires a strong leader with experience in the F&B industry, exceptional business acumen, and the ability to foster a high-performing team.


[Key Responsibilities]

· Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement long-term business strategies that align with the company’s goals and vision.

- Drive innovation and ensure the company's offerings remain competitive in the market.

- Identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions.

· Operational Management:

- Oversee the daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.

- Ensure that all operations comply with industry regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.

- Optimize supply chain management and operational processes to enhance service delivery.

· Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the executive staff and key department heads.

- Build a positive and performance-oriented company culture.

- Foster open communication and collaboration across all departments.

· Marketing & Customer Relations:

- Build strong brand positioning and effective marketing strategies.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction through consistent quality of service and customer engagement.

- Handle any high-level customer issues or complaints.

· Stakeholder Engagement:

- Build strong relationships with investors, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.


[Qualifications]

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

· Minimum 3+ years of working experience in a senior leadership role within the F&B or hospitality industry.

· Strong understanding of Korean food, culture, and dining customs.

· Strong understanding of the F&B industry, including food safety standards, supply chain management, and market trends.

· Ability to inspire and lead teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in Korean language is preferred to effectively communicate with Korean staffs and Korean customers.
