Position Overview:
We are seeking a Direct Publisher Onboarding Specialist who will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing relationships with direct publishers in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital content, a passion for building relationships, and experience with publisher platforms and monetization strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Publisher Acquisition:
    Proactively identify and engage with direct publishers in various digital content verticals (news, entertainment, lifestyle, etc.), expanding NexVerse.ai's publisher ecosystem.
  • Onboarding Process Management:
    Lead the end-to-end onboarding process, guiding publishers through platform integration, account setup, and content submission.
  • Relationship Building:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing publishers, ensuring that their needs are addressed, and maintaining long-term partnerships.
  • Training & Support:
    Provide detailed training to publishers on platform features, analytics tools, and monetization options, helping them optimize content and revenue.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
    Track and analyze publisher performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations to maximize traffic and revenue.
  • Market Research:
    Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and competitive dynamics to enhance the publisher onboarding process.
  • Internal Collaboration:
    Work closely with internal teams such as Product Development, AdOps, and Marketing to improve publisher experiences and drive innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in publisher acquisition, account management, or AdTech.
  • Strong knowledge of digital publishing, content management systems (CMS), and advertising technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and performance monitoring tools.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach.
