Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis to design and delivery.
- Provide regular and effective progress updates to the Project Manager to ensure the management of delivery risks or issues.
- Lead and participate in design and architecture sessions with key business users, gathering and documenting technical system designs and requirements for the system.
- Lead and manage development team to ensure tasks are delivered on time to the required quality standards.
- Enforce coding standards across all applications.
- Perform MS Dynamics configurations and customisations, unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting as required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in MS Dynamics CRM environment.
- Strong technical skills with a functional understanding of MS Dynamics CRM.
- Must have implemented at least one full ERP project recently, preferably MS Dynamics CRM.
- Must have a deep understanding of CRM architecture/data model, workflows, plug-ins with a strong background in coding (C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, SSRS).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Creative problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented individual who produces results at high standards.
