Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and versatile Brand and Marketing Manager/Coordinator to support marketing initiatives and coordinate brand efforts. This role combines strategic marketing execution with administrative coordination to support business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong content writing skills and a deep understanding of marketing and marcoms. This position focuses on developing impactful campaigns, managing marketing activities, and ensuring effective communication across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and brand campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day brand and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Develop content strategies and create marketing materials, including writing high-quality articles, blog posts, and social media content.
- Coordinate between departments and external partners for smooth campaign execution.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and tracking marketing projects.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for improvement.
- Support the development of marketing materials for various platforms (social media, website, email).
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, coordination, or related roles.
- Strong content writing skills with experience in developing engaging brand-related content.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and support cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with marketing tools, analytics, and digital platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Mandarin considered a plus.
- This is an in-office role, and the candidate must be comfortable commuting to the office location.
