Job Description
- Provide face-to-face counseling for distressed personnel.
- Collaborate with partners such as medical officers, psychiatrists, and psychologists in enhancing the mental health and well-being of personnel.
- Educate and impart knowledge and skills in mental healthcare.
- Man Crisis Hotline (24 hours for max 2 days per month) to provide support to clients.
- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Job Requirement
- Singaporean only.
- Min Degree (Preferably Degree/Post Grad Diploma of Social Work or Master of Counselling/Social Work with at least 2-3 years relevant working experience).
- Strong writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Preferably a member of a recognized professional association/society.
- Previous experience in counseling is more advantageous.
