Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Alexandra Technopark, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Fully in-office)
Salary: SGD $4,200 - $4,500 x 13 months + 2-3 months VB
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:Support service parts inventory management, ensuring balanced inventory aligned with service requirements and targets.
Assist with inventory forecasting and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Parts Stocking & Pricing:Ensure timely parts stock-up for new models based on recommendations from the technical team.
Update and maintain spare parts pricing to reflect current costs.
- Order Processing:Process orders from parts distributors and coordinate with service partners on spare parts-related matters.
Manage spare parts warranty claims and provide weekly updates on ETA for parts shortages.
- Defective Parts Handling:Process returned defective parts and main units, ensuring proper documentation and returns management.
- Demo Unit Monitoring:Oversee Demo unit movement operations by coordinating with the Demo coordinator.
Ensure Demo write-off and disposal exercises are carried out quarterly.
Perform stock checks for demo units to maintain accurate records.
