POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the HR Manager for the full spectrum of human resource and administration functions which include recruitment, staffing, performance evaluations, onboarding and offboarding.
- Perform day-to-day operations of HR function and work according to company policies and SOP.
- Handle work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation, expiration, follow up with medical check-ups, updating information to MOM etc.
- Assist to prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Administer the HRIS and liaise with service provider for resolution of issues when necessary.
- Administer and update employees' database on a timely and accurate basis
- Assist to advice Heads of Department and all employees on HR policies and procedures, employee rewards and benefits.
- Ensure company regulation and practicesare relevant to the Employment Acts and statutory requirements
- Maintain HR Benefits and Compensation matters, Training & Development and improvement of internal HR Process
- Any others ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
QUALIIFCATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- At least Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Locally Candidates must be familiar with Singapore Labour Laws and Foreign work pass regulations/procedures
- Knowledge of HR Processes and best practices
- Minimum 3 years of generalist experience in HR and administration.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- High attention to detail, ability to multi-task, good planning, co-ordination and follow-up skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, independently, prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office Application, such as Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
