Provides leadership to engineers, managers and professional staff. Is accountable for the performance and results of multiple sites or related teams. Develops business unit, department or sub-function plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities. Decisions are guided by resource availability and segment/functional objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible for leading the global customer experience group for a business unit consisting of quality engineers and project managers
- Considered subject matter expert in managing company-wide, cross functional quality program and related business processes for all BU specific manufacturing requirements. This includes the definition, specification, and implementation of standards, methods and procedures for developing quality programs.
- Develop, deliver, and cascade quality training and courses. Monitors current quality training to ensure compatibility with current programs.
- Establishing, influencing, and managing multiple business segments with focus on business and operational results through use of continuous improvement methods.
- Provides leadership and support to subordinates in meeting quality assurance system requirements along with department and company goals and objectives with primary consideration for safety, quality, productivity and cost. Evaluate the performance and effectiveness of audit staff at the projects completion. Evaluate and develop direct reports via IDP, EDR, continuous feedback, and annual performance review.
- Maintains an on-going quality improvement program aimed at enhancing the Company's quality systems, controlling manufacturing processes and improving end product quality.
- Selects, evaluates and manages employees to ensure the efficient operations of the function.
- Responsible for overseeing division's ISO Certification process. Handles special projects, as assigned.
- Responsible for manufacturing quality elements from first part received to customer sign off for Diectric Deposition products
- Responsible for discrepant material part and scrap reduction through driving manufacturing rapid response team.

- Candidate should have 5+ years of leadership experience leading high performing teams and delivering world class quality results.
- Candidate should have experience driving quality improvement roadmaps from the factory through customer engagement
- Candidate should have experience in developing and driving organizations to meet aggressive factory and customer facing metrics
- Candidate should have experience in developing and reporting executive level presentations
- Candidate should have experience with customer facing material and the ability to skillfully articulate customer requirements internally and externally.
